KEY PROJECTS
Alpla Factory Westmead
The ALPLA Factory project comprised the following electrical installation works:
- Supply and installation of 630mm² sectorial cables and terminations to the 2MVA transformer.
- Installation of a 630kVA generator, including the concrete plinth and generator panel.
- Installation of cabling and a 2500A distribution board.
- Installation of recessed luminaires in the office areas and high-bay luminaires in the factory and storage warehouse.
- Supply and installation of cable ladders, cabling, and terminations to machinery.
DSW New Germany
The DSW project comprised the following electrical upgrade works:
- Upgrade of the circuit breaker in the meter room.
- Removal of existing electrical services.
- Supply and installation of distribution boards, wireways, cabling, luminaires, and appliances.
Beier
The Beier project comprised the following medium- and low-voltage substation upgrades:
- Installation of medium-voltage cables and 2 x 800kVA transformers, including the removal of the existing 500kVA transformer for servicing and subsequent reinstallation.
- Supply and installation of terminations to the 2 x 800kVA and 500kVA transformers.
- Installation of a 630A distribution board, 3200A LV panel, and 2 x power factor panels, including cable terminations.
- Supply and installation of a 1600A busbar system from the transformers to the LV panel.
- Supply and installation of cable ladders, cabling, small power, and lighting, including the relocation of the generator changeover switch.
- Specialised work undertaken during the Beier Group shutdown period.
Montague Drive
The Montague Drive project comprised the following electrical and backup power works:
- Removal of existing electrical services and upgrade of the main electrical supply.
- Supply and installation of a 3CR12 100A TP distribution board integrated with specialised Crestron automation.
- Supply and installation of wireways, cabling, an LED RGB smart control lighting system, and Legrand Arteor appliances.
- Supply and installation of cables and terminations to a 150kVA generator.
- Supply and installation of a Victron 8kW inverter and 5kW Freedom Won lithium battery.
